Some of our customers are complaining, that even after 10days their account shows excess usage of diskspace/bandwidth even though they have complied with plan's requirement and reduced it.

When does HELM update the Disspace usage, Bandwidth usage? hourly, daily, monthly...

I think it is done every 24 hours or when it is run manually.

At present bandwidht is shown 0 and space usage indicator is always red even if the client is using just 10 mb space while he is allocated 100 mb space.
