Dont ask them they will kill you, it has been promised for the last three years so we have stopped expecting it to come. No expectations no problems :)

Yeah, they were supposed to show it off at HostingCon last year and have a demo up shortly after. They aren't very communicative about it, I was hoping you guys would have some insight since you have been beta testing their upgrades. The screenshots I saw looked pretty cool.

Hehehe.

I hope they get their stuff together, I am very interested in the way they are changing the user levels so resellers can setup their own sub-resellers.

If you tell WHA team to fix this issue or add that feature they will always say HELM 4 will have this. I mean for almost everything you will receive this canned reply from them but they donno when it will be available. I have been listening HELM 4 - HELM 4 for almost 2 years now.
